Overview

Wanna Peek? (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Voluptuary Media, LLC dba Wanna Peek. The Service is a subscription that delivers original adult photography to verified adult members. By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to every policy referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Compliance Standards, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement, and Content Removal policy. If you do not agree to all of them, do not access or use the Service.

You Must Be An Adult

Access is limited to people who are of legal age where they are located — at least 18 years of age in the United States (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY) — and who wish to view adult, sexually explicit still imagery of consenting adult performers. The Service contains nudity and sexually explicit images. If such material is offensive to you, or is unlawful where you are, do not access the Service.

By accessing the Service, purchasing a membership, or acquiring access rights, you affirm that: you are of legal age in your jurisdiction; you will not allow anyone underage to view the content or use your account; you understand you will be exposed to adult, sexually explicit images; viewing such material is lawful where you are; and you are choosing to view it voluntarily for your own personal use. Names, biographies, and personal details shown alongside the photography are fictionalized to protect performer privacy and do not describe real individuals.

Changes To These Terms

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms or any feature of the Service at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and your continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. Please review this page periodically.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts and credentials are personal and non-transferable; you may not share, sell, or distribute access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared or used in violation of these Terms.

Age Verification

Where required by law, we use an independent third-party age-verification provider to confirm that users are of legal age before granting access. If you are in an affected jurisdiction, you must complete this verification; failing to do so may result in denied or restricted access. Verification information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment, Renewals, And Cancellation

Memberships are billed through our authorized third-party payment processor(s). You are responsible for the fees of the plan you select, billed to your chosen payment method. Unless you choose a non-recurring plan, memberships renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting the payment processor shown on your statement. Keep the confirmation you receive when you join. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details current so service is not interrupted.

À La Carte Unlocks And Credits

Beyond the photos included in your daily plan, the Service may let you unlock additional images individually using credits or one-time purchases, and may offer optional add-ons that change the content included in your daily delivery. Purchased credits and unlocks are consumed within the Service and are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the payment processor that services your account. The availability, content, and specific photos on the Service may change at any time; such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account termination and may place you on a processor blacklist that complicates future purchases. We investigate all chargebacks.

Content Protection & Traceability

All photography on the Service is owned or exclusively licensed by us and is provided for the personal, private, non-transferable use of verified members only. You may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, repost, redistribute, sell, or otherwise share any content.

Every image served to you is individually watermarked and traceable to your account. We monitor third-party platforms — including tube sites, file-sharing services, forums, and social media — for unauthorized distribution. If content tied to your account is found distributed outside your personal use, we may immediately and permanently terminate your account without notice or refund, and pursue any available legal remedies.

Performer Privacy — No Identifying Or Contacting

Protecting our performers' privacy is central to this Service. You agree that you will not attempt to identify, locate, contact, harass, or "out" any person depicted, and you will not use any image or detail from the Service to do so. Violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service: for any unlawful purpose; to violate any law or another person's rights; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against anyone; to submit false information; to transmit malware; to collect or track others' personal information; to scrape, crawl, or spider; or to interfere with or circumvent the security of the Service. We may terminate access for any such use.

Removal Or Modification Of Content

We may modify, edit, or remove specific images or performers at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. There is no guarantee that any specific image or performer will remain available, and such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Disclaimer Of Warranties; Limitation Of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voluptuary Media, LLC dba Wanna Peek and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the most recent six-month period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voluptuary Media, LLC dba Wanna Peek and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — photographs, text, graphics, and design — is the sole or licensed property of Voluptuary Media, LLC dba Wanna Peek and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to view content while your membership is active. You acquire no ownership rights.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Los Angeles, CA and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
